Announcing General Availability for Customer Lockbox
Microsoft has officially released Customer Lockbox for Power Platform and Dynamics 365, providing users with a range of capabilities to better govern the company's access to customer data.
The Customer Lockbox will contain an interface through which administrators may choose to approve or reject requests made by Microsoft for data access, typically to investigate and resolve a customer-initiated support ticket or when telemetry detects an issue. The Lockbox policy will only be enforced within Managed Environments, and users in such environments must have an E5 or equivalent subscription to access Customer Lockbox. The product documentation describes how to configure the Lockbox policy for various assets and keep your data secure.
