Microsoft Teams: Privacy statement customization in Virtual Appointments
Microsoft Teams users can now customize the privacy statement attendees see when joining an appointment as businesses look to address specific concerns around online engagement. Admins can customize the said statement under the Privacy Profile in the Microsoft Admin Center. This addition will enable businesses to be better prepared to cater to their attendees’ privacy concerns and make their virtual engagements more secure. The feature is expected to be released in March 2024.
