Microsoft Viva Learning: Admins can edit Learning path content
Microsoft Viva Learning is introducing a new feature that will allow admins to edit the content of Learning paths, not just the metadata. This feature is set to start rolling out towards the end of December 2024 and will be completed by late January 2025 for Viva Learning premium users. Prior to this update, admins were only able to edit metadata like the title, description, thumbnail, preview, duplicate, and also delete the Learning path. However, with this new feature, admins will be able to change the content of the published Learning path. It is important to note that making changes to a published Learning path might affect the Learner's progress and experience. This feature will be available by default to Viva Learning premium users and admins and Learners will both be able to view the latest changes. The update will be implemented automatically and no admin action is required. It is advisable to notify users of this change and make any necessary updates to documentation.
