Viva Learning enables tagging content with interests and export content metadata

Viva Learning has unveiled a new feature that enables admins to tag learning content with interests, thereby improving search relevance while also facilitating content metadata export for offline review and analysis of content tags. This ensures consistency across all content providers and enables admins to curate an interest taxonomy that enriches the metadata of content published on Viva Learning. Enhanced feature access management further allows content owners to tag their respective content. The feature is set to begin rolling out in mid-December 2023 and is expected to be completed by mid-January 2024, delivering seamless content discovery experiences.
