Invoke Content Camera on Desktop feature
If you're a Microsoft Teams user, you're in for a treat, thanks to a new feature that's set to transform your virtual meetings. Gone are the days when you had to go through numerous steps to share your content camera. Instead, you'll soon be able to start and stop sharing content directly from a certified Teams device, such as a desktop. This move aims to quicken the sharing process during meetings and allow presenters to share documents, videos, and whiteboards seamlessly. The new feature will initially be available in preview and will ultimately be accessible on all Teams Certified Peripherals that support it.
Note that this feature is associated with Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 118587, and standard release is set to start rolling out in mid-March 2023, concluding in late March 2023. While there will be no impact on your organization, you can keep training and documentation up to date.
