Headspace will no longer be available through Viva Insights

Headspace content on Viva Insights will be removed from July 25th, 2024, affecting all entry points and experiences. Organizations are advised to prepare by disabling Headspace via PowerShell, assessing the impact, and updating documentation. However, breathing exercises will still be available within the app. Headspace experience is currently non-functional in Viva Insights, and its content will be removed entirely. All Headspace entry points and experiences within Viva Insights Home, Virtual Commute, Focus Mode, and Wellbeing Tabs will no longer be accessible after July 25th, 2024. Users who rely on Headspace content are advised to continue with breathing exercises that will still be accessible within the app and in experiences such as Virtual Commute and Focus Mode.

Users within organizations will no longer be able to see Headspace in Viva Insights and will no longer have access from July 25th, 2024. Organizations should review and assess the impact on their employees and consider updating documentation as appropriate.
