Outlook: Update to Play My Emails
Outlook Mobile's "Play My Emails" feature is undergoing an update that introduces a voice-driven experience for listening to new messages and staying on top of schedule updates hands-free. The roll-out of this update is set to start in early December and is expected to be completed by early January 2024. With this update, the Play My Emails feature will no longer attempt to prioritize messages for playback; instead, they will be read according to chronological order only. Organizations are advised to notify their users of this change in advance and update relevant documentation as needed to help them prepare.
