cloud.microsoft domain for new Microsoft 365 apps

Microsoft has recently launched the cloud.microsoft domain, creating a dedicated space to host authenticated first-party SaaS experiences. Starting from May 2023, all new Microsoft 365 first-party app experiences will launch on cloud.microsoft, with existing workloads transitioning later in the year. Users may notice the absence of a familiar TLD such as ".com," but this is by design as it's Microsoft's own TLD, with increased security against spoofing. No impacts are anticipated for existing Microsoft 365 experiences, although admins are advised to ensure that cloud.microsoft is included on network allow lists.
