Microsoft Teams: Start/stop recording on Teams Rooms on Windows
Microsoft Teams Rooms on Windows now allow meeting attendees to start or stop recording without having to join the meeting on their companion device. As long as the meeting organizer is not a designated resource account, the start/stop recording button will be available. This feature is available on Teams Rooms Pro, and was made generally available in October CY2024. The platform consists of Cloud Instance Worldwide (Standard Multi-Tenant), GCC High, DoD, GCC.
