Microsoft Purview compliance portal: Endpoint DLP – Authorized printer groups (U.S. Government clouds)
Microsoft Purview Data Loss Prevention (DLP) now offers a new capability where you can create groups of printer devices and assign restrictive actions for each group within DLP policy. This capability allows you to create authorized or unauthorized groups of printers and configure a "Print" activity to be allowed for certain groups and blocked for others. This feature is currently in its General Availability Release phase and will be available on Desktop Cloud Instance for DoD, GCC, and GCC High in May 2023. This is a part of the Roadmap ID 124830.
