Microsoft Purview | Endpoint DLP: Authorized printer groups
Microsoft Purview's Data Loss Prevention (DLP) now comes with a new feature that allows you to create groups of printer devices and apply restrictive actions within your DLP policy. By creating authorized or unauthorized printer groups, you can control the "Print" activity, allowing certain groups of printers and blocking them for others. This new capability is scheduled to be available in Microsoft Purview by December CY2022 and will have a preview date in November CY2022. It will be available on both desktop and cloud instances on a worldwide standard multi-tenant platform. Stay updated on the latest developments through roadmap ID 98156 on the Microsoft 365 roadmap.
