Dynamics 365 Field Service – Summarize records with Copilot

Dynamics 365 Field Service introduces its new feature called Summarize records with Copilot that provides technicians with a quick summary of their work orders by outlining the key details and contextual information. This feature makes it easier to get the relevant information quickly, and it will be generally available on December 16, 2024. Copilot generates the summary by taking the work order ID and your security profile into account, which enables it to pull contextual information directly from the work order and related records. The default summary provided by Copilot includes booking information, activity details, notes from work orders and bookings, work order product and service details, work order service tasks, asset information along with the work order history. Administrators can also customize the summary configuration to align with their organization's business needs. This message is for informational purposes only and no action is required at this time.
