Dynamics 365 Field Service – Summarize work orders with Copilot in Outlook

Announcing the latest feature for Dynamics 365 Field Service - the ability to summarize work orders with Copilot in Outlook. With this feature, users can obtain a work order summary without leaving Outlook or accessing the Field Service web or mobile apps, making it convenient and time-saving. Copilot creates a summary that contains all the important details of a work order, including booking information, activity details, notes, work order product and service details, work order service tasks, asset information, and work order history. By default, the summary configuration is based on a predefined list of tables and columns that Microsoft maintains, but administrators can customize it to meet their specific business requirements. This feature will be generally available on November 18, 2024. No action is required for users at this time, but if you want to learn more, visit the Summarize work orders with Copilot in Outlook page.
