Microsoft Viva: Microsoft Copilot assisted check-ins for Viva Goals
Microsoft is introducing a new feature to their Microsoft Viva platform called "Microsoft Copilot assisted check-ins for Viva Goals". This feature allows users to utilize Copilot to generate draft check-ins for their OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) using a selection of dynamic check-in templates. The feature synthesizes progress, status, and check-in details from associated child items tailored to the user's preferences.
The "Microsoft Copilot assisted check-ins for Viva Goals" feature is a part of the Microsoft Viva platform which is geared towards employee engagement, well-being, and productivity. The feature is currently in the preview release phase with a scheduled release date set for November CY2024. The preview date is set for September CY2024. The platform is available on the web and cloud instance worldwide (standard multi-tenant).
By streamlining the check-in process and enhancing the user experience, Microsoft Viva is helping to increase productivity and create more engaged employees.
