Viva Goals: Date picker during a check-in
Viva Goals has rolled out some changes to their date picker feature during check-ins. The changes will be implemented in mid-July and completed in mid-August. The goal of these changes is to maintain consistency in progress graphs, progress and status of OKRs for remote team members who may be in different time zones. The date chosen by a user during a check-in will not have a time component and will be based on the UTC time zone, meaning that users in different time zones will see the same date. However, the change will not impact any existing check-ins. If you use Viva Goals, be aware that the date picker feature will only show the date based on the UTC time zone.
