Microsoft Viva Goals: Custom check-In templates for new teams

Microsoft Viva Goals is introducing a new feature that will allow team owners to specify templates for check-ins in new teams they manage. When a goal owner starts a check-in, the template will be automatically applied. This new feature will be globally available by late April 2024 and will only be enabled by default for new teams, not existing ones. Existing team owners can turn on the feature in the Team settings > Check-ins > Check-in note template. The check-in template will ask for highlights, lowlights, and learnings on each check-in. This rollout will occur automatically on the specified date, requiring no admin action beforehand.
