Org Explorer in new Outlook for Windows
New Outlook for Windows will soon offer Org Explorer, which enables users to visualize and navigate their organization’s internal structure, work teams, and individual roles. Part of the Microsoft Viva Suite subscription, this tool is helpful in comprehending information related to team structure and management. Org Explorer can be accessed via the left side of the folder pane on the desktop version of Outlook. The rollout is expected to complete by late January 2024 for users with the appropriate licenses. Make sure to inform your users about this upcoming change and update any related documentation or training.
