Microsoft Purview Compliance Portal: New Cloud Policy Service Audit Logs
The Microsoft Purview compliance portal will be integrating with the Cloud Policy service to keep audit logs for policy changes, starting from mid-June 2024. This integration will enable admins to review policy change history in Purview Audit without requiring any admin action before the rollout. The Cloud Policy service allows Microsoft 365 admins to align policies for Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise and assign these policies using Microsoft 365 groups or Entra ID groups. The rollout will happen automatically by the specified date and users may want to update their documentation accordingly. This post originally appeared on M365 Admin.
