OneDrive: Convert Copilot response into a Word file
If you've ever needed to convert a Copilot response into a Word document, you'll be pleased to know that it can now be done with just one click. This feature, which requires a Microsoft Copilot license for Microsoft 365, is available for commercial OneDrive Web customers.
By allowing you to convert Copilot responses to Word documents, this feature makes it easier to save and share Copilot-generated summaries and FAQs. Additionally, this capability makes Copilot an even more versatile tool for simplifying a wide range of tasks and workflows.
To put this feature to work for your business, be aware that it requires a Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 license. Once you have the license, you can access the feature easily from the OneDrive Web platform. This update is part of OneDrive's General Availability Release phase and went live in April CY2025.
