Microsoft Copilot (Microsoft 365): Use a weblink to reference files in Copilot in Word

This post highlights a new feature in Microsoft Copilot for Word that allows users to copy and paste a weblink to a supported file into the Draft with Copilot UI as a reference. This prevents the need for users to search for the file in the file reference menu, freeing up more time for productive work. The feature is expected to be released for general availability in May CY2024 and will be available on both desktop and cloud platforms. This feature is a part of Microsoft's continual efforts to improve user experience and productivity.
