Microsoft 365 admin center: Bring your own domain to use for Microsoft 365 product emails
This post discusses an upcoming feature for Microsoft 365 administrators, which will allow them to select a verified domain to be used for sending system emails from Microsoft 365 products. Currently, batched or digest emails are sent from product-specific no-reply email addresses, which can sometimes pose a spam risk. Administrators can opt-in to use their own verified domain for these emails, which will be routed to their Exchange Online instance and sent out to users from their tenant. The feature will be available for all supported products across Microsoft 365 and will not require any action from users unless organizations wish to opt-in. The rollout is expected to begin in late March (for Targeted Release) or early April (for Standard Release).
