Microsoft 365 admin center: New formatting for service health emails
Microsoft is making it easier to comprehend important information quickly by updating the subject and heading of service health emails. Instead of the generic subject line, the incident ID and affected products will now be included in the subject line. The heading of the email will be changed to the title of the issue instead of "[Product name] Service Health Notification". The change is set to be released in September 2022 for a general release phase, and it will be available worldwide on the web/cloud platform.
