Power Platform – Announcing General Availability of Access Check to view all users who have access to a record

The Power Platform is introducing a new feature that enables record owners to view all users who have access to their record(s). This feature is expected to be released by the end of September and will allow admins to see who has access to the record by default. Additionally, owners of the record and users who have access to it can see who has access by using the IsAccessCheckerNonAdminAllUsersEnabled setting. This new feature provides a layer of security and control for record owners who want to ensure the right people have access to their data.
For more information on this feature, check out the documentation provided by Microsoft Learn. By keeping up with updates like these, businesses can better manage and secure their data, ensuring that sensitive information stays in the right hands.
