Outlook: High and Low Importance
Outlook for Android now offers users the ability to send emails with High or Low importance, allowing for greater control over the priority and impact of their messages. This feature was released as part of the General Availability phase on November CY2023 and is available on the Android platform for users worldwide (Standard Multi-Tenant). The roadmap ID for this update is 185828.
For those who need to convey urgency or importance in their emails, the High Importance flag can help ensure prompt attention and response. On the other hand, the Low Importance flag can be used to signal that the email contains information that is not time-sensitive or critical.
This feature is a welcome addition for Outlook users who value efficient and effective email communication.
