Microsoft 365 app: Prevent some connected experiences that analyze content with sensitivity labels in files and emails
Microsoft 365 app users can now prevent content from being sent to the company for content analysis via a new setting for sensitivity labels. This enhanced privacy control applies even to files and emails stored in Microsoft's cloud, such as SharePoint or OneDrive, and it allows optimization of data privacy needs on a per-content basis with the help of Microsoft Purview's familiar configurations and end-user experiences. This feature is currently available on the Current Channel and will be rolled out globally to desktop and cloud instances by June CY2024.
Stay in control of your sensitive data and privacy with Microsoft's new app feature that offers peace of mind and empowers users to make informed decisions.
