Schedule with Copilot from an Email

Schedule with Copilot from an Email

The new feature in Outlook called Schedule with Copilot allows Copilot-licensed enterprise users to schedule meetings directly from an email thread. This feature is set to be released in mid to late August 2024 for the new Outlook on both Windows and on the web. The feature requires no preparation and creates meeting invitations starting with participants from the email thread conversation, draft meeting title, agenda, and summary of conversation thus far. Users can review and alter the suggestions before sending the invitation. While it is available on Outlook for Windows and Outlook on the web, it is not yet available on the Outlook for Mac or the mobile apps.
