Updates to the Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 user interface
The user interface for Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 is set to undergo updates for better visual alignment with Microsoft Copilot (formerly Bing Chat Enterprise). These updates are solely user interface (UI) changes and do not impact Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 terms, privacy, or data protection policies. As part of these UI updates, a green shield icon will be added to the UI header along with a persistent legal and data protection disclaimer and a new AI accuracy disclaimer. Company branding and logos will be removed from the UI. These UI updates are expected to be completed by mid-April 2024 and do not affect the overall functionality of Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365. Users are advised to prepare for these UI changes by informing their organizations.
