Microsoft Teams:  Queues App – adding Service level for Realtime stats

The Queues App for Microsoft Teams now boasts a new feature that authorized users can use to review Service level metrics and adjust staffing as required. Real-time stats in Queues App now include Service level, providing users with valuable insights that can help them make informed decisions. This feature is part of Microsoft's effort to continuously enhance its Teams platform and deliver a better user experience. The feature was made available to users starting in February CY2025 for worldwide (Standard Multi-Tenant) instances of Microsoft Teams and is part of the platform's General Availability phase.
