Consolidating OneNote apps on Windows
In an effort to streamline their services, Microsoft is consolidating their OneNote apps for Windows. From now on, OneNote for Windows 10 will no longer be available in the Microsoft Store, and OneNote will be the default app going forward. This change only applies to future downloads, and current users of OneNote for Windows 10 will not be impacted. However, it should be noted that OneNote for Windows 10 will reach end of life by October 2025 and will no longer receive new feature updates. Users are encouraged to switch to using OneNote for continued support and access to the latest features.
If you still need to download OneNote for Windows 10, it will be available for download here.
