Replacement of OneNote Feed feature inside OneNote on Windows app with new Sticky Notes
OneNote is introducing a new Sticky Notes feature that replaces the OneNote Feed within the Windows app, starting from February 2024 and expected to be completed by mid-May 2024. Sticky Notes are currently the most popular note-type used within OneNote Feed, and the new Sticky Notes feature offers a lightweight and versatile note-taking capability that can be placed anywhere on the desktop for quick access. The new Sticky Notes will be at full feature parity with the classic Sticky Notes and will offer enhanced capabilities. Users will no longer have access to OneNote Feed within OneNote on Windows; instead, they can launch the new Sticky Notes from the same location. However, users can still access their OneNote Feed data from the remaining endpoints. It is advisable to update your training and documentation to prepare for this change.
