Microsoft Purview compliance portal: Communication Compliance – Reduce detection to investigation time from 24 hours to 1 hour for Viva Engage
Microsoft has introduced a new feature in its Purview compliance portal that allows organizations to reduce detection to investigation time to under an hour for Viva Engage's private messages and community conversations. This feature enables organisations to respond promptly to policy violations. The feature is set to enter the preview release phase in December CY2023 with a release date expected in March CY2023. The platform will be available on the web cloud instance for DoD, Worldwide (Standard Multi-Tenant), GCC, GCC High. The Roadmap ID is 181828.
To summarise, the feature aims to expedite the process of detecting and investigating policy violations on Viva Engage's private messages and community conversations. This is achieved by reducing the detection to investigation time to under an hour. The feature is expected to enter preview release phase in December CY2023 and will be available on web cloud instance from Microsoft.
