Microsoft Teams: Meeting recap and meeting artifacts automatically shared in chat after meeting

Microsoft Teams has rolled out a new feature associated with Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 381121 as a targeted release, which will begin rolling out in early April 2024 and complete by early April 2024. Worldwide release is expected to complete by late April 2024, while GCC release is expected to be completed by mid-May 2024. After a meeting is completed, a new recap message will appear in the meeting chat with links to the meeting's recap page and meeting artifacts such as the transcript, recordings, files shared and collaborative notes/whiteboards used in the meeting. If the user has access to intelligent recap, the message will also include meeting insights such as the list of speakers, name mentions of users, and suggested tasks. Users don't need to take any action to prepare for this change. It's advisable to update relevant documentation to notify users about this change.
