Microsoft Viva: Answers in Viva – AI Topic suggestions in publisher
Microsoft Viva is taking another leap forward with AI topic extraction, which suggests suitable topics based on the user's query. The AI algorithm can recommend up to three topics to add to the question, comprising existing Viva topics and newly generated ones, which the user may choose to create and add. It is important to note that the AI suggested topics do not automatically get attached to the question, and therefore, the user needs to select and add them. However, if the user prefers, they can still search and add their own topic, or choose to disregard the AI suggested options. This exciting feature is fully available, and it's possible to access from the cloud instance of Microsoft Viva.
