Microsoft Intune: Remote Help for Windows and Android (GCC)
Microsoft Intune now offers Remote Help for Windows and Android devices for GCC customers. This feature is now generally available and was released in April CY2024. Those using the Microsoft Intune platform will now be able to remotely help users on Windows and Android devices. This update is part of the Microsoft 365 roadmap, with the ID 364029, and you can view the roadmap at https://www.microsoft.com/microsoft-365/roadmap?featureid=364029.
To take advantage of this new feature, simply update your Microsoft Intune platform and start using Remote Help today.
