Microsoft Intune: Remote Help for Mac
Microsoft Intune now offers remote assistance for Mac devices, allowing view-only access for support purposes. This feature is currently in the preview release phase and is set to be available worldwide for the Standard Multi-Tenant cloud instance in September 2023, with a preview date of August 2023.
