Microsoft Intune: Remote Help for macOS (GCC)
Microsoft Intune now offers support for Remote Help on macOS devices for GCC customers. This feature has been made available for general availability release as of July CY2024. Users can benefit from the product's remote assistance services for their Mac devices, making it easier to troubleshoot any issues on their devices. Microsoft Intune also offers a roadmap for this feature, which can be accessed through the given link.
To take advantage of the new feature, users must be on the GCC or Worldwide (Standard Multi-Tenant) platform, and the release date for this feature was on June 12, 2024.
