Power Platform admin center – General Availability of Delete application users and View platform application users
The Power Platform admin center has made available the Delete application users and View platform application users features. As an administrator, you can now delete custom application users or view platform application users in the Environment/Settings/Users+Permissions section. However, before deleting an application user, you must first deactivate them, and reassign all records owned by them. To view system-provided application users, select the "Platform" option under the filter in the same section. It is important to note that this change will come into effect on August 8, 2024. This message serves as an awareness notification, and no action is required. For additional information regarding these features, you can refer to the provided links in the post.
Stay well-informed by keeping up-to-date with Power Platform admin center updates on the M365 Admin platform.
