Microsoft Teams: Admin email support for Report a problem
Microsoft Teams is rolling out a new feature that allows admins to designate an email address for receiving 'Report a problem' submissions from Android users in Teams Rooms. This feature will enable admins to have a more direct and organized way to receive feedback from users and address any issues that arise.
Setting the email address can be done through device settings or the Teams admin center. The feature is now generally available as of November 2024, and is applicable on the Worldwide (Standard Multi-Tenant), GCC High, and GCC instances on the cloud. The roadmap ID for this feature is 415247.
