If your organization utilizes Microsoft To Do, note that users from your tenant can no longer join lists that are shared with them through consumer accounts. This feature is being retired in the near future, with changes rolling out between late May and early July. The impact of this change results in users being unable to join and contribute to lists from outside your organization by May 30, 2023. Users who had previously joined lists from outside your organization will be removed from shared lists by June 30, 2023. You may want to update your To Do users on this upcoming change and remind them that external users cannot share their tasks with those inside the organization. However, you will still be able to share task lists with users within your organization. Note that the toggle button available in the Admin portal will be disabled, meaning admins can no longer enable the sharing of task lists with users outside the organization.
