Microsoft Teams: Choose Which Users to Notify When Publishing a Task List
If you use Microsoft Teams' task publishing feature, you'll soon have greater control over which users are notified when you publish or unpublish a task list. As of late September 2023, users will be able to select which team members should receive notifications in their Teams activity feed: all owners and members, owners only, or no one. The same selection will be available when unpublishing a task list. This development will give users greater flexibility when managing task lists, ensuring that notifications are sent only to the relevant parties. There are no additional preparation steps required for this upgrade.
