Handwriting Beautification and Ink Straightening for Microsoft Whiteboard
Microsoft Whiteboard is set to introduce a new feature that will enable users to make their handwriting more legible and readable. The Handwriting Beautification and Ink Straightening functionality will be available on Microsoft Teams, Windows app, Whiteboard for the web, Surface Hubs/MTR, as well as in Annotations in Teams meetings. This feature seeks to improve collaboration by making ink-based content easier to read. Users can control this service through the optional connected experiences policy, which determines whether they can access the functionality. No preparation is necessary unless disabling the Handwriting Beautification and Ink Straightening functionalities and other optional connected experiences in Whiteboard is desired. This can be done through the Office cloud policy service within the Microsoft 365 Apps admin center.
