Text Formatting Support for Microsoft Whiteboard

Microsoft Whiteboard is about to get even better with the addition of text formatting support to its web and Windows app. With the forthcoming feature, users will be able to format text boxes, notes, and shapes through the application of bold, italics, and underline formatting, as well as the ability to change text colors. The change is expected to be rolled out between mid-November and late November.

Additionally, new text boxes added after the rollout will use Segoe UI font to enhance legibility and consistency with the text in notes and shapes. However, existing text boxes will remain unchanged. While mobile users won't be able to format text, they will be able to view the formatted text.
