New features available in Microsoft Whiteboard

If you use Microsoft Whiteboard, you'll be pleased to know that it has recently been updated with new features that are now available for your organization. These features were fully rolled out as of August 2022, and include:

• Opening existing whiteboards in Teams meetings
• Adding annotations in Teams meetings
• Collaborating with users outside your organization in Teams meetings
• Inserting text in shapes
• Adding sticky notes into grids and dragging them out
• Exporting your whiteboard as a PDF (currently only available in the Windows desktop client)
• Templates available in all supported languages

If you want to take advantage of these features, make sure to update your training and documentation as appropriate. With these new capabilities, Microsoft Whiteboard becomes an even more powerful tool for facilitating collaboration and sharing ideas within your organization.
