Microsoft Teams: Preset Organizational Backgrounds (Premium)
IT admins can now set preset backgrounds for Microsoft Teams users through a Premium service, preventing them from changing their background. This feature offers greater control over organizational branding and helps maintain a consistent visual identity. The feature was released in February CY2024 and is available on Mac, DoD, GCC High, Worldwide (Standard Multi-Tenant), GCC platforms.
