Microsoft PowerPoint: Find and add company approved images with Organization Images

PowerPoint will add Organization Images, allowing users to access company-approved logos and photos directly within the app starting late October 2025. Admins must configure a SharePoint Organization Assets Library to enable this default feature, ensuring brand compliance and simplifying image use.
