Microsoft 365: Multi-admin change notifications for Microsoft 365 Backup
This post highlights a new feature for Microsoft 365 Backup that allows a set of pre-defined administrators to receive email notifications for any potentially damaging changes to the backup settings or actions taken to ensure proper oversight of the tool in the organization. This enhances overall security in the organization by enabling proper oversight and control of the backup tool. The feature is currently in the Preview Release phase but is set to be launched in June 2025, with a Preview date of March 2025.
