Update to Viva Learning – SAP SuccessFactors integration configuration process

The admin setup experience for the Viva Learning - SAP SuccessFactors integration process is being updated to improve efficiency. This update consolidates configuration steps, automates data collection and updates and requires no immediate action but suggests preparing updated training and documentation. The new experience consolidates configuration steps to a single interface in Viva Learning, eliminating the need for configuration updates to be done previously on the SuccessFactors portal. SFTP details are now collected from SuccessFactors and pre-populated in Viva Learning. The update is set to roll out in late August 2024 and is expected to complete by mid-September 2024, with existing customers scheduled to be upgraded to the new experience by September 2024. Although there is no immediate action required, it is suggested that customers update their training and documentation as appropriate.
