Dictation Support Coming to the New Outlook
Microsoft has announced that it is adding a dictation feature to Outlook, enabling users to compose emails using their voice. With a reliable internet connection and microphone, users can quickly draft emails, replies, and capture their intended tone. The feature is set to roll out in mid-November and will be completed by early December, with a microphone button added to the mail compose ribbon. Users can then dictate the content of their message using the microphone on their device. This update requires no preparation from users, and administrators may want to inform their organization of the change.
