Inking Support Coming to the New Outlook
Microsoft has announced that a new feature, inking support, will soon be available on Outlook, specifically for touch-enabled devices. The feature allows users to add a canvas to their message and use their finger, digital pen, or mouse to draw and edit drawings, giving them the freedom to express themselves in a more creative and personal way. The rollout for this feature will begin in early September 2023 and is expected to be complete by late September 2023. Users on touch-enabled devices will see a new Draw tab appear, where they can choose from several pen styles, thicknesses, and colors. This update requires no action to prepare for, but organizations may want to inform their users of the upcoming feature.
