Outlook: Use the Alt key to bring up key tips in new Outlook for Windows
If you're a user of the new Outlook for Windows, here's a neat trick to instantly bring up key tips when using keyboard navigation - just hit the Alt key. Previously, this behavior was triggered with the Win+Alt key combination. This change in functionality will only apply to the new Outlook for Windows, while other Outlook apps will remain unaffected.
This update is currently targeted for release in September of CY2024 and will be available on both desktop and cloud instances worldwide (Standard Multi-Tenant).
For more information on this feature, check out the Microsoft 365 roadmap ID 403109.
